A two-thousand-year-old craft deserves exact software
Jyotish was computed by hand for centuries, and most of what replaced that hand is a horoscope generator with a subscription. AstroShruti goes the other way: an ephemeris-grade engine underneath, the classical method kept intact above it, and an interface in the language the reader thinks in.

Learn the domain first
Before a screen exists we read the sources — the texts, the tables, the people who have done the work by hand for decades. A model is no substitute for knowing what the answer is supposed to look like.

Compute, then generate
Anything that can be calculated exactly is calculated exactly, and the language model is asked only to explain it. That order is why our output can be checked — and why we show the working alongside the words.

Language, calendar, city and platform are decisions made at the first commit, not a later port — which is why the same product runs on the web, on a phone and on a desktop without one of them feeling like the leftover.

What exactly is AstroShruti?
A Vedic and KP astrology application — charts, dashas, transits, panchang and readings — built on a calculation engine rather than a template library. It runs on the web at astroshruti.ai and on iOS and Android. It is consumer software for cultural, educational and personal-reflection use.

Is the Hindi version the same product?
Yes. Hindi is a full edition, not a translation layer: Devanagari names for every graha, bhava, nakshatra and dasha, a panchang in the terms a reader already knows, and the whole interface answering in Hindi when you switch language.
What does it cost?
There is a free plan that gives the full calculation engine — charts, dashas, transits and panchang. Paid Plus and Pro plans are planned — adding advanced AI features, the Pro Yantras and the AI report editions — but are not currently available for purchase. You can read everything the engine computes without paying.
Does Insculpt AI take on outside work?
No. Insculpt AI takes no client, consulting or contract work, and offers no services or advice of any kind. Our scope is one thing and stays one thing: carrying Vedic knowledge — the absolute intelligence of Jyotish — into artificial intelligence. AstroShruti is where that work is published, and it is the only place it is published.
